Business Analyst - Process Intelligence & Solution Design

As a Business Analyst specializing in Process Intelligence & Solution Design, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Participating in process walkthroughs and discovery sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders - Documenting as-is and to-be process flows using standardized templates and tools - Supporting high-level solution feasibility discussions with architects and developers - Translating business problems into structured requirements and contributing to solution design documentation - Collaborating closely with both business teams and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding To qualify for this role, you should have: - 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or transformation initiatives - Strong working knowledge of Excel for structured data analysis and reporting - Ability to perform data wrangling and derive insights from structured datasets - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills would be considered a bonus (Nice to Have): - Experience with process documentation tools such as Visio or BPMN modelers - Exposure to SQL or other querying techniques - Exposure to reporting and process improvement tools such as Celonis, Power BI, etc. - Exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, etc. - Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce,
