Role Overview

Seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support process automation initiatives, bridging business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, define requirements, and work closely with automation teams to drive efficiency and productivity across functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities with business stakeholders
  • Analyze current processes, map workflows (BPMN), and assess automation feasibility
  • Define clear business requirements and use cases
  • Collaborate with developers on solution design and testing
  • Provide user training and ongoing support for deployed automations
  • Monitor performance and maintain documentation
  • Ensure timely approvals and stakeholder updates


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in automation, process improvement, or business analysis
  • Strong process mapping, root-cause analysis, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with UiPath, Power Platform, or other RPA tools (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile methodology and cross-functional project delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
