Job Description

ProArch is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. You will play a key role in transforming ideas into actionable project deliverables, ensuring that solutions meet business objectives and user needs.Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough requirements analysis, documenting processes, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a tech or consulting environment
Proven track record of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with process mapping and modeling tools
Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
Ability to analyze data and generate insights from various sources
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices
