Your role will involve working closely with clients to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Contribute to presales activities by creating proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing client queries. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. - Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), wireframes, and user stories. - Utilize tools like MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or other BA tools for documentation and analysis. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT solutions, software development life cycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies. - Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment by showcasing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT, Business, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, presales, or IT consulting. - Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or other BA tools. - Strong understanding of IT solutions, SDLC, and cloud technologies. - Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. - Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and user stories. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with attention to detail.
