Job Description

Hiring: Business Analyst (Operations)

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Industry: Mutual Funds / Financial Services

Were looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy Business Analyst to contribute to product development and operational excellence within the mutual fund domain.

What Youll Do

Conceptualize, design, and enhance product features with a strong focus on customer experience.
Work closely with the Scrum Master, developers, and testers to ensure on-time project delivery.
Collaborate with departments like Risk, Compliance, Back Office, Investor Services to resolve operational gaps and align product improvements.
Analyze data to extract insights and support product enhancement strategies.
Ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks within defined timelines.
Prepare detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) capturing precise project specifications.
Take ownership of project planning, strategy, and delivery outcomes.
Conduct training sessions for customer support teams on new product features and updates.
