About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong Power BI skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, analyze data, and deliver insights through interactive dashboards and reports. This role plays a key part in driving operational decisions, performance improvements, and strategic business growth using analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize business insights
• Perform in-depth data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Power BI
• Automate performance reports for city teams and leadership
• Identify process inefficiencies and deliver data-backed recommendations
• Work with large datasets to create scalable and automated reporting solutions
• Translate complex business problems into analytical models
• Support strategic decisions with actionable data insights

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analytics
• Proficient in Power BI: dashboard creation, visuals, DAX, and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Macros, & Charts.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and transforming data
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of general business operations and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Certifications in Power BI or SQL are a plus

Salary Package:

₹6 – ₹8 Lakhs per annum (Based on experience and skills)
