Job Title: Business Analyst – Post SalesLocation: Jaipur Experience: 2 to 3 Years Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office Company: Octal IT Solution (CMMI Level 3 Appraised)Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst – Post Sales with 2 to 3 years of experience in a service-based IT company environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client relationships after project delivery, understanding their enhancement needs, and creating clear, structured documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS) for internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a single point of contact for clients post-implementation.Understand client feedback, analyze enhancement or support requirements, and define them clearly.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including: teams to implement requested changes efficiently.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure post-delivery expectations are met.Conduct impact analysis for change requests and communicate feasibility to clients.Assist in preparing user manuals, help documents, and system guides.Ensure excellent client service and build long-term professional relationships.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a service-based IT company.Proven experience in creating BRD, FRD, and SRS documents.Sound understanding of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, MS Office Suite, etc.Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and web/mobile development is a plus.
