Business Analyst - Post Sales

As a Business Analyst at Mobzway, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Clients during and post the delivery of our products. Reporting to and being directed by the Director, Managed Analytics, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of post-sales analytical engagements as part of a project team. Your tasks may involve working closely with other BAs (local and remote/outsourced), Client Engagement Managers, and Account Managers to develop and deliver analysis activities necessary to support the Post Sales projects. Your role will demand effective creativity to approach and explore business hypotheses and provide supporting and actionable analytical evidence to demonstrate how operational change can drive business value. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand the business objectives of the Analytical Services engagement. - Create User Stories to capture the who, what, and why of client business objectives. - Develop an analytical approach to the User Story and desired client facing outcome. - Define and develop the associated speech/text queries to support the analytical approach. - Analyze query results and compile information to support the analytical objectives. - Collaborate with the project team to develop actionable recommendations, business cases, and presentations based on analysis. - Participate in daily stand-up calls on project progress. - Engage in client calls and presentations as necessary. - Maintain project documentation and status. - Research industry knowledge for assigned client(s) using external resources and internal knowledge. **Qualification Required:** - BCA/MCA/B.tech(CS/IT)/M.tech(CS/IT)/MBA **Experience:** - At least 6 months in IT/CS industry In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, interact with clients, and work collaboratively with a team to deliver impactful insights.
