Job Title: Business Analyst – Post Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst (Post Sales) to bridge the gap between clients and technical teams after project onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, and supporting the delivery team in implementing solutions aligned with business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, client handling experience, and the ability to drive clarity in post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales to gather requirements and ensure smooth project initiation.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes).
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings to capture business needs accurately.
  • Support the project team during execution by clarifying requirements and managing change requests.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and prioritize requirements in alignment with project goals.
  • Document workflows, processes, and use cases to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating deliverables against requirements.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Track and report project progress, issues, and requirement status to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT/software services).
  • Strong skills in documentation, requirement gathering, and client communication.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
