Business Analyst (post sales)

You are a Business Analyst (Post-Sales) with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience. Your role requires you to act as the liaison between clients and technical teams after sales closure. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements in detail. Your excellent communication and documentation skills will be key in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Case Diagrams. Your coordination with project managers, developers, and QA teams is instrumental in ensuring a clear understanding of client expectations for smooth project execution. Supporting clients by addressing queries, clarifying requirements, and documenting all communications, changes, and requirements are essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will assist in preparing presentations, reports, and workflow diagrams and facilitate the transition of projects from sales to delivery phase. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Your background should include 6 months to 1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT services. Proficiency in documentation, particularly in BRD, FRD, wireframes, and user stories, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills is crucial. Your problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodology will be advantageous. While not mandatory, experience in client interactions and requirement gathering, basic knowledge of project management or QA processes, and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar would be beneficial.
