Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in the review and optimization of existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories, to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support Implementation: Work closely with development teams to support the implementation of new systems, processes, and enhancements.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of business

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad.
  • Travel may be required occasionally for meetings or project-related activities.
