Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bikaner for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and translating these into actionable insights. Daily tasks include conducting meetings with stakeholders, documenting requirements, evaluating business processes, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
• Proficiency in Business Process and Business Requirements documentation
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with project management tools and software is a plus
• Familiarity with government projects and processes is an added advantage
