Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8-10years total Rel 3+ years in business analysis, product management, or a related role. Payments Domain is Mandatory Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or q . Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Any Agile certification , Payment certifi( good to have) CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), or PMI-PBA.
