We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technology solutions This position is responsible for identifying analyzing and documenting business requirements for IT projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals The role demands strong stakeholder coordination exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex business processes into actionable technical specifications

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering Analysis

o Engage with business stakeholders to elicit analyze and validate requirements

o Document functional and nonfunctional requirements in clear structured formats

o Facilitate workshops interviews and process mapping sessions

Stakeholder Coordination

o Act as a liaison between business units IT teams and external vendors

o Ensure timely communication and alignment across all project stakeholders

o Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum

Documentation Standards

o Prepare Business Requirement Documents BRDs Use Cases and User Stories

o Maintain traceability matrices and ensure compliance with organizational standards

o Support QA teams in defining test cases and validating deliverables

Project Support

o Assist in project planning prioritization and scope management

o Provide input for solution design and participate in UAT User Acceptance Testing

o Monitor progress and report status to leadership
