  • BRD Creation
  • Experience in Life Insurance/Health Insurance
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong Logical thinking


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Work with client and the transformation team on design elements of the solution
  • Primary responsibility will be to test the solution and handover a ready product to the sales team.
  • BRD Creation
  • Need to put the test strategy in place along with actually conducting a UAT on behalf of sales team
  • Work closely with IT during the development to check if the development is in line with the BRD
  • Workflow system knowledge will be an added advantage( Policy process flow --> Policy Admin System)
  • Application Knowledge will be an added advantage (Ingenium / Life Asia (AS400)
  • Should have a Life insurance background and sales ops background would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
