Technical Proficiency
Skilled in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI Studio, GCP Vertex AI, Hugging Face.
Hands-on with RAG architectures, LoRA fine-tuning, vector databases.
Competent in SQL/Python for data validation and synthetic data tools (Gretel, Mostly AI).
Business Analysis & Workflows
Lead user story mapping for multi-agent setups (AutoGen, CrewAI).
BPMN modeling for AI-human collaboration.
Engineer GenAI-specific requirements: accuracy , ethical safeguards, latency SLAs.
Stakeholder Alignment
Translate AI capabilities into measurable outcomes
Manage expectations around AI's probabilistic behavior (e.g., fact-checking workflows).
Governance & Measurement
Define GenAI KPIs: token cost, trust scores, automation rates.
Monitor model drift and trigger retraining.
Build audit frameworks ensuring compliance (EU AI Act, industry norms).
