The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering client requirements, supporting pre-sales efforts, and ensuring alignment between client needs and delivered solutions. This role connects clients, sales, and technical teams to drive successful projects across web/mobile development, digital transformation, and AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients.
  
• Support the pre-sales process with solution scoping, proposals, and presentations.
  
• Translate client needs into clear specifications for development teams.
  
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align solutions with business goals.
  
• Ensure smooth project handover and monitor delivery to meet client expectations.
  
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients for feedback and success tracking.
  
• Identify opportunities for upselling or service improvement based on client needs.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical documentation.
  
• Experience working in pre-sales or with customer-facing teams is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is preferred.
  
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology is a bonus.
