Job Description The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering client requirements, supporting pre-sales efforts, and ensuring alignment between client needs and delivered solutions. This role connects clients, sales, and technical teams to drive successful projects across web/mobile development, digital transformation, and AI services. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients. Support the pre-sales process with solution scoping, proposals, and presentations. Translate client needs into clear specifications for development teams. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align solutions with business goals. Ensure smooth project handover and monitor delivery to meet client expectations. Maintain ongoing communication with clients for feedback and success tracking. Identify opportunities for upselling or service improvement based on client needs. What Were Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical documentation. Experience working in pre-sales or with customer-facing teams is a plus. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is preferred. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology is a bonus. Why Join Us?
