Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, as well as elevating our brand presence across the North American market. You will lead efforts to position our company as a leading provider of mobile and web development solutions by driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies tailored to the North American market, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote our mobile and web development services in the North American market. Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Analyze marketing trends, research competitors, and track key performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, and landing pages. Collaborate with the sales team to design targeted campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling. Lead initiatives to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal reach. Monitor and report on campaign performance through analytics tools, identifying areas of improvement and implementing actionable changes. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and marketing best practices to keep the company ahead of the competition. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in IT services, mobile, or web development sectors. Expertise in managing SEO/SEM, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Strong content creation and copywriting skills. Ability to work with design teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. Proven track record of driving measurable growth in an international market, particularly North America. Excellent communication and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Bonus Skills: Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, or HubSpot.
