Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote our mobile and web development services in the North American market.
• Manage and optimize online marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Analyze marketing trends, research competitors, and track key performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, whitepapers, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design targeted campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.
• Lead initiatives to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal reach.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance through analytics tools, identifying areas of improvement and implementing actionable changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and marketing best practices to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in IT services, mobile, or web development sectors.
• Expertise in managing SEO/SEM, Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work with design teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in an international market, particularly North America.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with mobile and web development terminology and processes.
• Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools.
