Job Summary
Business Analyst
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities while translating business needs into effective functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify, challenge, and document business requirements
- Perform end-to-end analysis of workflows, processes, and data flows aligned with business objectives
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, inconsistencies, or missing requirements
- Propose actionable solutions and alternatives based on analysis and best practices
- Convert business requirements into
Functional Specifications (FS)
and System Requirements
- Perform functional and technical analysis using
SQL and relevant tools
when required
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary bridge between
Business and IT teams
- Ensure accurate translation of functional needs into implementable solutions
- Facilitate workshops, clarification sessions, and requirement walkthroughs
- Support IT teams during production incidents and coordinate with development/testing teams
- Participate in audits, non-compliance reviews, and remediation initiatives
3. Functional Documentation & Testing
- Produce functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and supporting documentation
- Ensure solution design complies with
Group policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare business cases and operational/support procedures
- Contribute to test scenarios, support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
, and validate outcomes
4. Collaboration with IT & Business Teams
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, testers, and support teams
- Provide functional clarifications throughout development and testing phases
- Collaborate directly with business users to ensure accuracy and relevance of solutions
- Leverage curiosity and prior technical knowledge to contribute to solution design
5. Learning & Development
- Develop deep functional, technical, and regulatory domain knowledge
- Stay up to date with compliance trends, regulatory changes, and technical evolutions
Experience Required
- Minimum
5+ years
of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in:
- Requirement gathering
- Business process analysis
- Functional documentation
- Testing & UAT support
- Stakeholder management
- Experience working on
international, structured, multi-stakeholder projects
Technical Skills
MongoDB Working knowledge
SQL Good knowledge (preferred)
Language Skills
Advanced English (Written & Spoken) – Minimum B2 level
