Business Analyst (IT)

As a proactive and self-motivated Business Analyst with strong implementation and project management experience, you will work closely with technical and client teams to develop and maintain a product roadmap. Your role will involve managing delivery expectations with clients and requires excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Perform thorough project analysis and define the business needs. - Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) after comprehensive requirements gathering or upon receiving/signing off on SOW from clients. - Collaborate with technical teams to review solutions for compliance with business processes, objectives, and IT standards. - Create UML diagrams and/or prototypes as part of the SOW. - Interface between technical and client teams to resolve technical queries and document outcomes regularly. - Work closely with the testing team to create test plans and conduct high-level testing when necessary. - Effectively communicate with client teams. - Assist in obtaining sign-off on project closure documents.
