Business Analyst (IT)

As a proactive and self-motivated business analyst with strong implementation and project management experience, you will work closely with technical and client teams to develop and maintain a product roadmap. Your main responsibilities will include: - Performing thorough project analysis and defining business needs. - Preparing Statements of Work (SOW) after comprehensive requirements gathering or receiving/signing off on SOW from clients. - Collaborating with technical teams to review solutions for compliance with business processes, objectives, and IT standards. - Creating UML diagrams and/or prototypes as part of SOW. - Facilitating communication between technical and client teams to resolve queries and document outcomes. - Working with the testing team to create test plans and conduct high-level testing when needed. - Effectively communicating with client teams. - Assisting in obtaining sign-off on project closure documents.
