Business Analyst Intern – Configuration

Job Summary: As a Business Analyst Intern (Configuration), you will support the Business Analyst team in understanding client requirements and translating them into system configurations. This role is ideal for individuals who are analytical, detail-focused, and eager to learn about software implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Support configuration of software systems based on defined requirements and business rules.
• Work closely with internal teams including product, QA, and development to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Help in preparing documentation, workflows, and user manuals.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and issue resolution during implementations.
• Maintain configuration logs and help in troubleshooting basic configuration issues.
• Monitor and validate the impact of configuration changes in test environments.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of business analysis principles and SDLC.
• Familiarity with software configuration concepts is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation tools.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Duration: 6 Months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
