Business Analyst (Intelligent Automation)

Job Title: Business Analyst (RPA, OCR/ICR, NLP, ML)

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years

Location: Noida and Gurgaon

Timings: 2 PM-10:30 PM

Job Description:

• Support discovery initiatives focused on asset management and mutual fund processes, completing all necessary documentation, data gathering, and process analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from asset management teams to ensure accuracy and completeness in gathering information and documenting current-state and experience maps.
• Work closely with business, technology, and analytics teams to identify and prioritize opportunities within asset management processes, tracking all opportunities to closure.
• Lead end-to-end automation projects in asset management, including identifying and qualifying opportunities, and creating project Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA) for process optimization.
• Engage in process discovery and optimization activities, focusing on improving efficiency and accuracy in asset management and mutual fund processes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of automated solutions tailored to asset management needs.
• Support the growth of the Intelligent Automation (IA) program within asset management, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Value (POV) initiatives to test new technologies relevant to asset management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience identifying and implementing automation solutions within asset management or mutual fund processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in asset management. o Knowledge of automation tools (RPA, OCR/ICR, NLP, ML) and their application within asset management.
• Experience working with process optimization tools to streamline asset management workflows.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with large teams, particularly within the asset management industry, ensuring process improvements are aligned with strategic goals.
• Preferred Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in asset management automation.
