About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document and communicate findings to the development team.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements.
• Develop use cases and user stories to guide development.
• Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
