Job Description

As an HR Technology Business Analyst based in New Delhi, Pune, or Bangalore, your role will involve various tasks related to HR technology systems and processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for integration, reporting, and data warehouse/middleware tasks. - Analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement through technology, and develop process flows, data models, and system configurations. - Create and maintain documentation for HR technology systems, including user guides and technical specifications, while ensuring version control. To excel in this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a graduate degree, preferably an MBA in HR, and possess experience as a Business Analyst in the HR domain or consulting. - Demonstrate the ability to lead and deliver large strategic transformative initiatives and effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels and functions. - Have proven experience working with different HR technology platforms such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits systems. Familiarity with platforms like SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM Cloud is highly desirable.
