Role Summary The Business Analyst plays a critical role in shaping industry-focused GenAI solutions by combining market intelligence with financial insight. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting mindset capable of decoding customer financials, conducting firmographic studies, and synthesizing insights into compelling points of view (POVs). Key Responsibilities Analyze customer financials, industry benchmarks, and firmographic data to identify whitespace opportunities. Support business case development by quantifying value drivers and ROI potential. Collaborate with solution design and GTM teams to validate MVPs and gather feedback. Develop executive-ready presentations and POVs to support internal alignment and external engagement.
