Description:

Location:Pan India As a Business Analyst in the automation team you will work closely with stakeholders and automation developers to identify and analyze business processes that can be automated. You will play a key role in gathering requirements documenting processes and ensuring that automation solutions align with business objectives. Basic knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) will be beneficial in understanding and leveraging AI-driven automation opportunities. Shift Involved(day/night/rotation):No shift involved Hybrid Mode:As per GroupIT policy Day to day roles and responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify automation opportunities. Work with automation developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Document and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirements process flows and user stories. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects. Assist in the design testing and implementation of automation solutions. Develop and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of automation initiatives. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and Generative AI technologies. Good To Have Skills: Basic knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and its applications in automation. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel PowerBI). Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Must have Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
