Job Description

Goavega is seeking candidates with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager in the Energy, Media, or Sports industry domains with total experience of around 4 to 7 years, to drive strategic consulting and design execution. This role involves analyzing strategic opportunities, building data-driven business cases, and partnering with design, development, and client teams to deliver innovative solutions. Ideal candidates have a strong background in strategy, business analytics, and technology, coupled with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Strategic Planning and Vision: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Collaboration and Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation. Performance Analysis and Improvement: Monitor product performance, analyze features, and suggest improvements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the product meets business needs. Advisory and Decision Support: Present business cases to senior leaders and clients to drive decisions. Support growth opportunity scans and define strategic imperatives. Thought Leadership and Expertise: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research for market and competitive analysis. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or master s degree in design or product management will be preferred 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, strategy consulting, business analytics, or a related field Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the landscapes of Automotive, Energy, CPG/FMCG, Mobility hubs, Media and sports Experience building strategy and insights using various data and research methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to frame and distill complex information and story lines for different audiences Ability to learn quickly through hypothesis-led problem solving. Proactivity with staying current on important industry trends and analyst research. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles Knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
