Location – Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai 4. Educational Background - UG. – B. Tech /B. E in any specialization PG. – MCA/MTech/MBA/MSC 5. Key Responsibilities - Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and internal teams. Gather, document, and analyse business requirements in both French and English. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and QA. Perform data analysis and create reports using Excel, SQL or Power BI. Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations. Facilitate fluent meetings, workshops, and presentations. 6. Skills Required - 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written). Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, Excel, SQL, Power BI. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. 7. Additional Requirements - Experience working with Esker Solutions (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay automation).
