Join our team to help shape strategic programs and drive transformation in the Capital Markets and Financing domain. 🔍 What You’ll Do: ✅ Translate business outcomes into actionable technology solutions for global engineering teams ✅ Deliver front-to-back (F2B) Fixed Income programmes in a high-impact BA capacity ✅ Own and drive transformation activities including balance sheet migrations and regulatory programmes ✅ Engage with global stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Risk functions ✅ Coordinate across geographically dispersed teams and ensure alignment on deliverables ✅ Document and drive new product implementations and compliance-related changes ✅ Navigate complex organizational structures and influence outside reporting lines 💡 What You Bring: 🔹 Expert-level understanding of Fixed Income Products, Bonds Repo, Collateral, Treasury, and Equities 🔹 Demonstrable success in delivering BA responsibilities in Financing/Capital Markets domain 🔹 Hands-on experience in digital platforms, trade flow systems, and multi-balance sheet environments 🔹 Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills 🔹 Ability to work under pressure, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely deliveries 🔹 Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical abilities Show more Show less
