Understand high level objective of the business needs and expectations.Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios etcDocument the requirements in standard format for consumption (including use case, flowcharts etc.,)Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements in successful completion of the project.Ensuring good practices and high-quality standards are implemented and followed.Performing other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Engineering Degree in Computer Science/MCA or any other Bachelors degree with the relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
5 years of experience as Business Analyst for software solutions in development project or product.At least two full years of contribution to a single product / project a must.Experience with eliciting business requirements, creating Epics, Themes and User Stories. Eurofins follows Business requirements >> User Requirements >> User Stories as requirements flow. Must be able work with influence without authorityCollaborate with Business Process Owners (GSC HR team in Europe) to elicit, review and document requirements. Once should process strong documentation skills which should be easier to understand by business users as well as development team.Produce Scope and detailed requirements documented and signed-off by process ownersPrepare and perform functional tests and make sure that acceptance criteria are met before releasing to end-user for UAT.Ensure that User Stories prepared and updated during the development life-cycle in order to have UpToDate specifications. As required, Review Test Scenarios and Test Cases provided by QA team. Should be able to make wireframes, mock-ups, flow diagrams and facilitate prototypes as necessary for a given situation.Strong background in Software Development/Engineering. Experience in testing the functionalities delivered by development teamKnowledge of process modellingEscalate and follow-up on timely manner any and all issues that might be a blocker, issue, deviations for completion of software development.Contribute to the troubleshooting, tests and documentation of selected applications functions, at a high-quality level.Work with the development team to resolve issues.Will be an added advantage if worked on Human Resource related products/project and possess good understanding of Annual Review Process.Understand overall requirements and help in preparation of automation strategy (framework, priorities, planning which is to be integrated with overall project plan)Prepare Test schedules in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Collaboration with Software Architect(s) and other technical groups within Eurofins (Includes design, documentation, prototyping and validation)Usage of Azure DevOps

About the Project
ARP Tool is a Human Resource Solution developed and maintained for GSC HR which will cater to the unique Annual Review Process (ARP) of Eurofins for Performance Review of Leaders/Employees. This is green-field in-house software development project using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies. Application is in production for past 5 years and new additional functionality/improvements are being added. Major focus areas areSecurity- as application data is sensitive, Performance- as thousands of users use the application during peak period, Complex business rules- bonus calculations, Approval workflows with different roles, UI/UX- intuitiveness etc.,The objective of the Annual Review Process is to give the opportunity to both Assessed KEL and Assessor to reflect on past performance, to give tools to improve future performance, to reflect on short- and long-term aspirations, and ultimately to ensure that Eurofins has strong teams in place ready to face current and future business demands.
