Business Analyst / ERP Functional Consultant

You are looking for an expert Business Analyst/ERP Functional Consultant to work directly with customers to document and validate their business requirements, map them to standard Odoo ERP features, and conduct GAP analysis. You will configure Odoo Business Applications to meet customer requirements, conduct training sessions, attend project meetings, and provide progress updates. Additionally, you will provide coaching to customers on using Odoo ERP efficiently and be a key resource for specific functional areas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide Odoo ERP Functional Consulting expertise to facilitate customers" complex business requirements using industry experience, business analysis, and best practices. - Prepare detailed scopes of work (SOW) based on personalization sessions in the pre-sales phase to propose solutions for customer business requirements. - Identify business requirements, manage requirements, design systems, conduct GAP analysis, provide end-user training, prepare BRD, prototype, design processes, test, define support procedures, and lead Odoo ERP implementations. - Offer Odoo ERP solutions to a range of customers, provide architectural guidance, define customizations and integration requirements, manage implementation life cycles, and develop solution designs. - Evaluate customers" needs, convert them to company processes, manage configuration processes, provide functional consulting and training services, create implementation deliverables, troubleshoot configuration issues, and ensure system accuracy. - Translate business requirements for technical team members, create functional requirements, conduct cut-over and Go-Live processes, supervise and train junior consultants, conduct business process mapping sessions, document settings/configurations, and ensure proper training for end-users. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3+ years of experience in famous ERP systems like Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc. - Masters degree in Business Administration with strong experience in any 3 business domains. - Critical thinker with analytical problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and common sense. - Proficient in product demonstrations, familiar with ERP and Open Source concepts, initiative-driven, creative, and results-oriented. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in Migration Projects. - Customer-focused with a natural analytical thinking approach and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.,
