Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as a key analytics partner for business, product, and R&D teams, aligning projects with strategic goals.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Design and execute analytics projects, including quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, automated monitoring tools, and advanced data insights.
Business Opportunity Identification:
Leverage Start.ios extensive first-party data to identify trends, predict behaviors, and uncover growth opportunities.
Strategic Reporting:
Create impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Innovation:
Drive the use of advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling, to enhance decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Experience:
4+ years as a Data Analyst (or similar role) in media, marketing, or a related industry
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, and Excel, with experience working with large datasets and big data tools (e.g., Vertica, Redshift, Hadoop, Spark). Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy).
Analytical Expertise:
Strong problem-solving skills, statistical modelling knowledge, and familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to align data insights with business objectives, demonstrating creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Soft Skills:
Proactive, independent, collaborative, and results-driven with excellent communication skills in English.
