Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will involve meeting and coordinating with clients to fully understand their requirements. You will work closely with project managers to document these requirements for new projects. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining and monitoring project plans, documenting and following up on crucial actions and decisions, and executing tasks for the development and delivery of customizations. Furthermore, you will play a key role in assigning tasks to internal teams, acting as a point of contact for project status updates, and ensuring timely reporting to management. The ideal candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree from any stream, with a preference for a B.Tech + MBA combination. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver projects on time are essential. Proficiency in documentation for Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Flowcharts, and Project Plans is also required. Strong team handling and coordinating abilities are a plus.
