Role & Responsibility

• Analyze the business and system requirements from various project documents, including BAR (Business Analysis Report), project scope, and proposals.
• Create workflows that illustrate the user journey and how different components interact.
• Design user interfaces and wire frames to align with functional requirements and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) that aligns business requirements with project milestones. Maintain a backlog of requirements to ensure traceability and timely delivery.
• Discuss feasibility, scope, and technical details to ensure requirements are understood by both business and development teams.
• Document any changes or revisions to the initial requirements. Ensure changes are communicated and approved by the relevant stakeholders.
• Engage in discussions with stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather requirements. Document customer pain points, needs, and expectations.
• Ensure that the technical designs align with the functional specifications.
• Examine the test suite and results to ensure that all requirements have been met.
• Gather necessary process artifacts such as diagrams, charts, and reports. Collect configuration data from existing systems to analyze current workflows and processes.
• Identify and document dependencies between requirements, ensuring that interrelated components are clearly understood.
• Review project scope, proposals, and other relevant documents to extract business requirements.
• Track and document the status of each requirement across various stages of the project life cycle.
• Verify that configuration data is correctly applied and test results from deployment meet functional requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to validate the designs technical feasibility and functionality.
