Job Description

Role and Responsibility : Design and maintain proper indexing strategies to speed up data retrieval, including both clustered and non-clustered indexes. Design, implement, and maintain database structures (tables, stored procedures, views) within SQL Server or other relational databases. Optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient execution, minimize resource consumption, and improve response times, using EXPLAIN plans, indexes, and appropriate query writing techniques. Utilize database caching techniques, such as in-memory databases or Redis, to improve performance for frequently accessed data. Write and optimize stored procedures, functions, and triggers to encapsulate business logic and automate database operations. Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data retrieval, reporting, and transformation, ensuring they scale efficiently for large data volumes. Pen Picture Of Candidate : We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a DBA role, having supported at least two software application development projects. Proficiency in PL/SQL is essential.
