Pen Picture of Candidate We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our organizations network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring network security, availability, and performance across all departments. Job Profile Location : Sirohi (Rajasthan) Qualification : Any Graduate/Diploma Min. Experience (in Yrs) : 2 Role & Responsibility Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and VPN infrastructure. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices. Implement network security measures including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems. Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and other core networking services. Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery operations. Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff. Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and asset inventory. Collaborate with vendors and service providers on network-related projects or incidents. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades as needed.
