Job Description

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Evaluating a business’s operations to analyse their cost and efficiency
Helping to develop project plans and ensuring their timely completion
Researching and writing high-quality content like product descriptions, user manuals, website content, etc.
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Manage client calls, requirement gathering and analyzing project requirements.
Will interact with the software engineering team to develop the software solution required by the clients.
Basic project Management and organization skills.
Exceptional excel / word / power point/ Google sheets/ Google document/ Google slides experience.
Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
