Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Patna. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas of improvement, and defining business requirements. Daily tasks include data analysis, creating detailed business reports, managing project timelines, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient business operations.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
Proficiency in evaluating and documenting Business Processes
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to define Business Requirements
Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Knowledge of the services industry, particularly in construction, plumbing, and electrical work, is a plus
