Job Description

Understand business requirements from MSME and retail lending clients and translate them into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Analyze end-to-end LOS workflows including KYC, credit policies, document management, underwriting, deviations, approvals, disbursement workflows, and post-disbursement transitions to LMS.
Convert lending policies into configurable system rules, decision parameters, and workflow specifications.

Product Design & Workflow Mapping

Design and document loan journeys across various channels (branch, assisted, digital, self).
Map LOS processes to LMS capabilities and identify integration touchpoints.
Work with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive, compliant, and bank-ready experiences.

Domain Expertise

Apply strong understanding of MSME and Retail lending processes including:

Credit assessment (bank statement analysis, collateral logic, cashflow-based assessment)
Bureau integration (CRIF/Equifax/Experian)
eKYC, eSign, eNACH, CKYC
Risk scoring and policy rules
Regulatory compliance (RBI norms)

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Engineering, QA, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Participate in solution demos, requirement workshops, and client discussions.

Continuous Improvement

Track market trends, competitor LOS features, and lending industry changes.
Recommend enhancements and new features aligned with MSME & retail lending evolution.
Ensure documentation accuracy across product manuals, release notes, and functional specs.
