Job Summary for Business Analyst:

We are hiring a Business Analyst (2-8 years) with strong expertise in Business Analysis, RPA (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism), JIRA, and Agile project management. The role involves requirement gathering, process mapping, automation solution design, and stakeholder management. Candidates with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, Data Analysis, API integrations, and workflow automation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and identify areas for automation using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.).
• Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Manage and track project tasks, sprints, and issues using JIRA.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis and ROI assessments for proposed automation initiatives.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support post-deployment reviews.
• Provide training and support to end-users and business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Proficiency in JIRA for agile project management and issue tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in process re-engineering or SDLC.
• Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Exposure to API integrations and workflow automation.
