Job Title: Business Analyst Sales/Ops Business Analyst Role Overview We are looking to hire Sales/Ops Business Analysts who can act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Operations, and Finance. The role involves end-to-end tracking of new and existing business lines, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales team to design and refine pricing strategies for new and existing business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Operations to evaluate and implement the most effective service delivery models.

• Ensure seamless onboarding of new business and drive revenue maximization initiatives post onboarding.

• Conduct regular data reviews to identify opportunities for margin improvement and profitability optimization.

• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for decision-making Desired Profile

• MBA from a Tier-1 institution.

• 23 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or sales/ops finance roles.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills to work across Sales, Operations, and Finance functions.

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability and commercial acumen.
