• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of business analysts.
• Set clear expectations and mentor team members.
• Contribute to project planning by estimating effort, defining deliverables, and establishing timelines for business analysis activities.
• Work closely with project managers to align business analysis activities with overall project goals.
• Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements through various techniques, including interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of detailed requirements and user stories.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and to facilitate the development and testing processes.
• Participate in design reviews and testing strategy discussions.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for business analysis deliverables.
• Conduct reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of user stories.
• Oversee change management initiatives, assessing the impact of changes on existing features.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the business analysis function.
• Implement best practices and standards to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior business analysts.
