Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a member of Capgemini's global team, you will focus on the Aviation Domain, specifically Flight Operations and OCC. Your responsibilities will include examining current systems, identifying requirements, and collaborating with users to track additional features and solutions. Your role will involve software development, documentation, and providing test data to the Development team. You will be responsible for creating BRDs, ICD, and business solutions design documents, assessing requirements feasibility, and prioritizing based on business need and development capacity within Digital. Your analytical skills, problem-solving attitude, and self-learning aptitude will be key in defining business problems, objectives, and requirements, as well as driving the requirements process and managing the documentation repository. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Aviation Domain, including Flight Operations and OCC - Understanding of crew Management, Training Planning, Manpower Planning, Fleet Planning & Tracking, Crew Planning & Tracking - Examining and evaluating current systems - Identifying system requirements and tracking additional features - Learning and assisting in software development and documentation - Creating BRDs, ICD, and business solutions design documents - Assessing requirements feasibility and trade-off for most feasible alternatives - Prioritizing requirements based on business need and development capacity - Understanding SDLC process and creating Use cases, scenarios, and test data in Operations systems - Leading user acceptance testing and managing document repository - Supporting cross-functional business teams as part of business solutioning exercise Qualifications Required: - Reasonable knowledge of business information systems - Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude - Self-learning attitude and ability to work independently - Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing and SDLC phases - Ability to lead and support cross-functional business teams - Knowledge of document management standards preferred,
