Key Responsibilities:

Lead BA role in implementation of
Sapiens ReinsuranceMaster
.
Manage requirements for data migration, system configuration, and customization.
Ensure seamless integration with policy, claims, and financial systems.
Support data quality, reconciliation, and reinsurance/financial close processes.
Collaborate with vendors, developers, IT, and business stakeholders.
Address stakeholder expectations and manage transformation across regions.

Requirements:

57+ years as a BA in large-scale transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of
reinsurance transactions
(Treaty, Facultative, XoL).
Prior
Sapiens ReinsuranceMaster implementation
experience.
Strong SQL and
advanced Excel skills
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum
, cloud delivery models, and insurance regulatory requirements.

Preferred:

Strong understanding of reinsurance processes & best practices.
Knowledge of policy and claims lifecycle impact on reinsurance.
