Job Role : Business Analyst : Australian Timings
Join a fast-growing Australian property & services group as a Business Analyst and work directly with our international team.
Location: India (Remote)
Shift: Australian Business Hours (approx. 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM IST)
Employment: Full-time, long-term
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Document and translate requirements into actionable plans
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Track progress in Jira and ensure alignment with Scrum best practices
Identify gaps, propose solutions, and support delivery teams
Must-Have Skills :
Strong experience as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in Scrum, Agile, Jira, Confluence
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to work in Australian time zones without overlap issues
Self-starter with problem-solving mindset
Good To Have :
Property management, real estate, or SaaS industry experience
Certifications in Agile/Scrum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
