Profile Requirements

5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking or financial services.
In-depth understanding of loan, lease, financing, and customer onboarding processes.
Strong exposure to Agile methodologies, including user story creation, sprint planning, and iterative delivery models.
Experience writing BDD-based user stories and working with tools such as Cucumber or Jira.
Working knowledge of retail banking operations, including identity management, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Familiarity with API design and validation, along with hands-on experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
Skilled in SQL querying and data analysis for requirement validation and business insights.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail and accountability.
