Has strong and in-depth understanding of Program Governance & Benefits quantification and assurance Channels PM with strong experience in Contact centre automation and Digital transformation (Prefer AI/ML automation skills) Channels BA with strong experience in Contact centre automation and Digital transformation (Prefer AI/ML automation skills) Lead BA with strong experience in Contact centre automation and Digital transformation. Able to interact with senior stakeholders and co-ordinate delivery across various workstreams PMO with very strong background in Project Governance and overall Portfolio Reporting. Prefer prior experience in Channels or contact centre space Contact centre PM with strong experience in large scale program delivery and in a Global Contact centre environment, and able to manage senior Stakeholders in markets / regions
