JD: Domain as well as operational knowledge in Banking, especially Corporate Internet Banking with payments as Key. Knowledge on Corporate Internet Banking, corporate payments, collection, liquidity management, financial supply chain, trade services, virtual account, Receivable management. Interact with customer to understand their requirement, give a solution for the requirement and convert the solution into technical document for development. Should be able to understand business perspective of customer requirements. Utilise strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps Develop crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams. Provide comprehensive support to all end users and stakeholders through training and documentation Other Traits: Excellent written as well as verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good command over English. Presentable, Proactive and confident. Should lead the team of BAs, if required. Should be product oriented. Should be a good listener and planner.
