Job Description

You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver an outstanding experience to our customers. Your primary focus will be on achieving business results by offering options and finding solutions to help customers with their issues. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the BAM application, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives. You will cover functional and non-functional requirements such as product features, operational requirements, regulatory and compliance requirements, user interface, client reporting, sanctions, resiliency, and scalability. It is crucial to ensure that the requirements meet current expectations and allow scalability for future changes in the business model. You will perform impact analysis for business initiatives and document the usage of the product. Additionally, you will partner closely with Product, Operations, and Technology partners to define technical requirements, communicate and document product requirements, specifications, and enhancements, and support application enhancement initiatives by identifying areas for improvement and contributing to solution design. Your role will also involve participating in testing activities to validate application functionality, tracking the progress of initiatives, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with stakeholders for timely issue resolution. You will drive operations readiness to support new product roll-outs by ensuring documentation of process flows, operational procedures, training, user entitlements, roles, responsibilities, and establishing an escalation matrix. As an independent leader, you will be assigned initiatives and work with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. Required qualifications for this role include strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, initiative, proactive problem-solving approach, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, interpret data, provide actionable insights, multitask, manage competing priorities, attention to detail, logical thought process, self-motivation, tenacity, excellent time management, prioritization skills, and leveraging the organization to deliver quick results. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Agile methodology, strong Microsoft Office skills, experience in designing, delivering, and presenting executive-level content, and adeptness at working in a matrix organization and dynamic high-performance teams.,
